Terms of Agreement

By accessing or using Endurance Passport (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Endurance Passport is a motorcycle endurance challenge platform that provides:

• GPS-tracked ride recording via mobile application
• Endurance challenge participation with verified completion
• Digital certificates for completed challenges
• Ride video generation and sharing
• An online store for related merchandise

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

3. Ride Recording and Verification

• GPS tracking must remain active during ride recording for valid submissions
• Odometer photographs must be submitted as proof of distance travelled
• All rides are subject to automated and manual verification
• We reserve the right to reject or invalidate rides that show evidence of tampering, GPS spoofing, or other fraudulent activity
• Certificates are issued only for rides that pass verification

4. Safety and Rider Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your safety while riding
• You must obey all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• You must hold a valid motorcycle licence and appropriate insurance
• Do not interact with the mobile application while riding; use a secure phone mount and configure settings before departure
• Endurance Passport does not encourage excessive speed or unsafe riding behaviour

5. Payments and Refunds

• Challenge entry fees and store purchases are processed via PayPal
• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
• Challenge entry fees are non-refundable once a ride has been started
• Store purchases may be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
• VAT and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable

6. Intellectual Property

• The Endurance Passport platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the property of Endurance Passport
• You retain ownership of photos and content you upload, but grant us a licence to use them for service delivery (e.g., certificate generation, video creation, ride display)
• Generated ride videos and certificates may include Endurance Passport branding

7. Limitation of Liability

• Endurance Passport is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during rides
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for GPS inaccuracies, data loss, or service interruptions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific service in question

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
