How to Use Endurance Passport
Your complete guide to motorcycle endurance challenges
Welcome! Follow these steps to set up your account and get ready for your first challenge.
- Create an account with your name, email, and a password (minimum 8 characters).
- Log in with your email and password.
- Grant permissions when prompted: Location (required for GPS tracking), Camera (for ride photos), and Notifications (for ride updates).
- Add your motorcycle: Go to Account → Motorcycles → tap "Add Motorcycle". Enter your bike's make, model, year, and plate number.
💡 You need at least one motorcycle registered before you can join a challenge.
- Go to the Challenges page.
- Browse available challenges. Each shows the distance (km), time limit (hours), and entry fee.
- Click a challenge to see its full details, rules, and overview.
- Select your motorcycle from the dropdown.
- Read and accept the challenge rules by checking the boxes.
- Click "Join Challenge". For paid challenges, you'll complete payment via PayPal.
💡 Standard challenges require you to ride a set distance. Destination challenges require your GPS track to pass through a specific country or city.
- Go to My Rides and click your joined challenge.
- On the ride detail screen, click "Start Ride".
- GPS tracking begins immediately. You'll see a live map with your route.
- Take the required start photos: your motorcycle and the odometer showing the starting km.
- Start riding! The app tracks your route in the background.
💡 You can lock your phone screen — GPS tracking continues in the background. Keep the app running (don't force-close it).
While riding, you can capture your journey and monitor your progress:
- View your live route on the map — your path is drawn as you ride.
- Check your distance, elapsed time, and speed at the top of the screen.
- Tap the camera button to take ride photos along the way.
- Tap the selfie button to take rider selfies.
- For destination challenges, the target area is shown on the map — ride through it.
💡 The app works offline! Your GPS data and photos are saved locally and will sync when you're back online.
💡 If GPS signal is lost, you'll see a warning. Move to an open area for better reception.
- When you're done riding, tap the red Stop button.
- Take the required finish photos: your motorcycle and the odometer showing the ending km.
- Review your ride summary: total distance, time, photos taken.
- Click "Finish Ride" to submit your ride for validation.
- If you're offline, your ride will be submitted when you reconnect.
💡 You can also tap "Resume" instead of "Finish" if you want to continue riding.
After you submit your ride, it goes through automatic validation:
- The system validates your GPS data: distance covered, speed consistency, time gaps, and route integrity.
- A trust score is calculated for your ride.
- If approved: your official certificate is generated as a PDF.
- View your certificate on the ride detail page and download it.
- Share your achievement with friends!
💡 For the best result: keep GPS active throughout, avoid long breaks with the app closed, and take clear odometer photos.
After your ride is completed, a video of your route is automatically generated:
- Go to your completed ride's detail page.
- Scroll to the Video section — generation starts automatically.
- Choose a background audio track for your video.
- Once generated, watch your animated route on the map.
- Download or share the video.
💡 Video generation may take a few minutes for long rides. You'll see a progress indicator.
- Go to the Store to browse challenge merchandise.
- Some products are exclusive — they unlock after completing specific challenges.
- Select product options (size, colour) if available.
- Add items to your cart.
- Go to Cart → Checkout → complete payment via PayPal.
- Track your orders in Account → Orders.
Manage your profile, motorcycles, and view your history:
- Profile: Edit your name, country, and default motorcycle. Upload a profile photo.
- Motorcycles: Add, edit, or remove your bikes. Each motorcycle tracks its own ride history.
- Password: Change your login password at any time.
- Orders: View all your ride entry payments and store purchase history.
- Achievements: Your completed challenges appear on the Challenges page with a completion badge.
- Keep GPS enabled and the app in the foreground for the most accurate tracking.
- Take clear, readable odometer photos — they're used to verify your ride distance.
- If you lose internet during a ride, don't worry. All data is saved locally and syncs automatically when you're back online.
- If you accidentally close the app during a ride, reopen it — the app will detect your active ride and resume tracking.
- Battery saving mode may affect GPS accuracy. Consider disabling it during rides.
- For long rides, consider bringing a phone charger or power bank.
- If your ride shows "Unfinished" — go to the Rides tab and tap the yellow banner to continue.
